This puzzle can be found in the Shield Maze during Act 1. The solution to it is pretty simple, but it’s easy to miss.
The answer to the puzzle is located on a wall in one of the previous rooms. There will be 4 pictures, each with a different color. This is the correct combination that needs to be entered.
