Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Best Weapons

Here is our complete Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands best weapons guide. We showcase six of the greatest weapons to obtain in the game.

Akin to classic Borderlands tradition, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is filled to the brim with tons of good and unique loot. Also, just like past games, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands offers a ton of weapons that you can find across the map. Some of these weapons can be found by completing quests, opening chests, or killing enemies. Regardless of how you find them, they are some of the best weapons in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands.

The best weapons in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands are:

  • Goblin Pickaxe
  • Wizard’s Pipe
  • Masterworks Handbow
  • Borea’s Breath
  • Reign of Arrows
  • Manual Transmission

There are tons of other weapons as well that are quite strong but the ones mentioned on this list are the best due to a number of reasons. They either have a lot of damage or have high stats that are useful and effective during combat. With that said, let’s dive right in and take a look at the best weapons in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands.

Goblin Pickaxe

Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Best Weapons

Starting off with one of the best melee weapons in the game, the Goblin Pickaxe. Its special attribute is that melee attacks spawn gold. Whenever the player picks up gold, they increase their Movement Speed, Spell Cooldown Rate, and Action Skill Cooldown Rate by 6% for 5 seconds. The best part is that you can stack this up to 5 times as well for the best results.

The Goblin Pickaxe boasts high attack speed and great damage as well. This weapon is a fantastic choice for players that are looking to go for a melee build. You can find this weapon as a World Drop or in the Chaos Chamber.

Wizard’s Pipe

Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Best Weapons

This legendary SMG is capable of dealing some brutal damage thanks to its ability to lob out poison projectiles. The best part is that you can use these projectiles while firing normal shots. Due to this, the Wizard’s Pipe is a great choice against armored bosses and mini-bosses.

To find this weapon, you need to kill a lot of enemies and get lucky. Since this weapon is a world drop, you need to roam around killing enemies.

Masterworks Handbow

Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Best Weapons

In terms of pistols, this is the best one out there in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. This weapon is a one-hit wonder thanks to its insane damage and the fact that it only has one shot. What makes it stand out is its high damage output as well as its ability to keep firing indefinitely as long as you’re consistently landing critical shots.

So, make sure that you put a good amount of points into critical hit chance so that you can use this weapon effectively. You can get this weapon as a world drop by killing random enemies and getting lucky to find it.

Borea’s Breath

Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Best Weapons

The Borea’s Breath is a great weapon of choice and it looks amazing. It is quite unique as you can get this weapon from farming Ribula in the Snoring Valley and it fires homing ice shots. This is a great weapon for enemies like the skeletons and other enemies who are weak to ice weapons.

Thanks to its consistent damage output and cool looks, this weapon is a must-have for most players.

Reign of Arrows

Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Best Weapons

Moving on to the first shotgun on this list, this double-barrel weapon is one of the more unique weapons in the game. The one major drawback of this weapon is that it consumes 6 rounds per shot. This means that you have to reload it every time you fire it. However, that comes with the advantage of dealing a lot of damage in a large radius. You can use this weapon to deal tons of damage and potentially one-shot most enemies in the game. Plus, if you use it on a boss, you will shred their HP bar.

If you don’t mind the constant reload, this weapon is great for you. Also, while reloading, make sure that you move around so that you are not an easy target for the enemy. You can get perks that allow you to reload faster so that you spend less downtime and more time firing.

Manual Transmission

Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Best Weapons

Finally, the Manual Transmission is a fast-firing Gatling Assault rifle that dishes out high damage. The best part about this weapon is that it has a perk that lets you heal after every shot. Due to the high fire rate and damage, you can easily go back to full HP after hitting the enemies.

The unique feature for this weapon is that it switches between two modes depending on the situation. However, if you hold the fire button, this weapon can be overheated and stop firing for a few seconds. So, make sure that you give it a rest after firing so that you can continuously attack enemies without any issues.

That is an extremely confusing and several times incorrect description of the Manual Transmission.

I would say something like :

"The Manual Transmission is an assault rifle which, when about to overheat, can be "shifted up" by pressing the alternate-fire button, which will reset the heat gauge, greatly increase the rate of fire, but also increase the speed at which the heat gauge fills next time.

"This specific Manual Transmission is of the "dark magic" variety, which means it will heal you for a small percent of the damage you deal with it upon hitting enemies. This - excepting specific skill tree nodes - will only apply to your health bar, not to ward, but is nevertheless very helpful."

The original makes it sound like the MT has, as it was phrased, "a perk" which "heals you after every shot", when it's just one of countless weapons with a dark magic element and only heals you after hitting an enemy and waiting for the little health pellet to come back to you.

It's also just incorrect to say the MT has "two modes depending on the situation". It has one mode, but when it overheats you can raise the fire rate and heat gauge fill rate by "resetting" or "up-shifting" the weapon using the alt fire button."

Now i'm being super pedantic but it's probably 10x more helpful to the 3 players that are gonna read this who haven't yet started TTWL.
