It only comes from its own rate-up banner when that banner runs.

Evolves into Akane (Angel) (35% Attack, Paper Dance: Explosion). Needs 1 Akane, 25 Ninja Scroll (Fire), 25 Ninja Scroll (Water), 25 Ninja Scroll (Wood), 12 Star Fruit, 3 Star Fruit (Blue), 4 Star Fruit (Red), 3 Star Fruit (Pink) and 1 Star Fruit (Rainbow).
