25 of the 40 drop from enemies and bosses; Monkey Cape (125 bananas) and Monkey Crown (80 bananas) also come from the Monkey Trader. The rest are shop, bundle or event items.
What do accessories do?
Each one adds flat health or stamina, or a percentage of regen, damage, damage reduction or XP, listed under it.
What are bananas for?
Monkeys drop them, and the Monkey Trader takes them for its accessories and the Banana Sword.
