It only comes from its own rate-up banner when that banner runs.

Evolves into Cherub (Queen) (50% Attack, Nightmare Glare). Needs 1 Cherub, 10 Sovereign's Ring (Red), 10 Sovereign's Ring (Yellow), 10 Sovereign's Ring (Blue), 12 Star Fruit, 4 Star Fruit (Blue), 4 Star Fruit (Red), 3 Star Fruit (Pink) and 1 Star Fruit (Rainbow).
