Burrower is an active ability that allows the user to place up to 4 (or a specific creature limit) burrows anywhere on the map and use burrows created by other players. If a user places more entrances than the maximum allowed, the oldest burrow and exit will be replaced. A user cannot place a burrow entrance inside its own burrow or inside someone else's burrow. There is a 3 second cooldown between entering and exiting burrows, excluding entering a burrow after its initial placement.

Soft Landing is a passive ability that allows the user to fall more slowly, depending on each creature's specific stat number. It works when walking off cliffs/falling, detaching, darting, or jumping. It is cancellable by pressing (Space on PC or or B on Xbox).

Appearance
The Chromohege is a small and lean quadrupedal creature, with a resemblance to hedgehogs. Its head is plump but ends in a sharp muzzle with a black nose topped off with yellow-blue eyes, whiskers, ears with blue interiors, and additional growths above them. Most of its body hangs close to the ground and is covered in spike-like appendages of altering shades of grey with wing-like flaps draping over their body similar to chromodoris sea slugs. Its underbelly is black and gray with small blue spots near the front legs that glow. The front legs are minimally corpulent, whereas the back legs seem to be built for long-distance movement. All 4 of Chromohege's feet have blue webbing. Its tail is flat and bears markings, ending in a black speartip. **Males**: Males do not have any additional features. Males do not have any additional features. **Females**: Females have an additional tuft of fur on their face, starting from their eyes and ending in the check fur. Females have an additional tuft of fur on their face, starting from their eyes and ending in the check fur.
