It only comes from its own rate-up banner when that banner runs.

Evolves into Chuuni (Delusion) (30% Attack, Twilight Fantasm, Sovereign's Eye). Needs 1 Chuuni, 1 Sichel des Trugs, 12 Star Fruit, 3 Star Fruit (Red), 5 Star Fruit (Pink), 4 Star Fruit (Green) and 1 Star Fruit (Rainbow).
