Certain tree types produce more sap than others
Sap collection doesn't harm the tree
Good fuel quality (6) if you have excess

Stick

Break branches or craft from wood - All zones with trees

Sticks are one of the most fundamental resources in Hytale. Gather them by breaking tree branches, collecting fallen twigs from the ground, or crafting them from wooden planks. Nearly every tool and weapon requires sticks in its recipe.

Tips:

Look for fallen branches on the ground near trees
Breaking tree branches drops sticks directly
Craft planks into sticks at any workbench
Always keep a stack of sticks in your inventory
