It only comes from its own rate-up banner when that banner runs.

Evolves into Gambler (Jackpot) (25% Attack, Love Train, Wager with Death). Needs 1 Gambler, 200 Sacred Treasure, 12 Star Fruit, 4 Star Fruit (Red), 3 Star Fruit (Pink), 5 Star Fruit (Green) and 1 Star Fruit (Rainbow).
