It only comes from its own rate-up banner when that banner runs.

Evolves into Hermy (Duplicate) (25% Damage, Collapsing Shockwave, 50% Crit). Needs 1 Hermy, 1 DISC (Blue), 1 DISC (Green), 1 DISC (Orange), 1 DISC (Pink), 1 DISC (Purple), 1 DISC (Black), 10 Star Fruit, 2 Star Fruit (Red), 1 Star Fruit (Pink), 1 Star Fruit (Green) and 1 Star Fruit (Rainbow).
