How to get Kansai

It only comes from its own rate-up banner when that banner runs.

Evolves into Kansai (Daydream) (50% Attack, OH MY GAH!, Daydream). Needs 1 Kansai, 1 Mysterious Cat, 12 Star Fruit, 5 Star Fruit (Blue), 4 Star Fruit (Pink), 3 Star Fruit (Green) and 1 Star Fruit (Rainbow).
