It only comes from its own rate-up banner when that banner runs.

Evolves into Mage Slayer (Heavenly) (50% Attack, Heaven-Piercing Fang). Needs 1 Mage Slayer, 200 Sacred Treasure, 12 Star Fruit, 4 Star Fruit (Blue), 5 Star Fruit (Red), 3 Star Fruit (Pink) and 1 Star Fruit (Rainbow).
