Abilities

Poison Area
Poison Area/Area Poison is an active ability that inflicts 5 stacks (15 seconds) of the Poison Status to all nearby creatures within 100 studs, excluding the user, with a 90 second cooldown.
Reflect
Reflect is an active ability. Upon initial use, it will grant the user 2 stacks of Reflect Status. It has a cooldown of 45 seconds.
Block Bleed (0.40)
Bleed Block/Block Bleed is a percentage based passive ability that grants the user resistance to getting bleed status from melee attacks at minimum. If an attacker deals 5 bleed per hit and the receiver has 60% Block Bleed, then the receiver gets only 2 of that 5 bleed. This ability is gained gradually as the creature ages. If a creature's Block Bleed is 100%, then they are immune to Bleed inflicted by melee direct attacks once fully grown. If a creature's Block Bleed is negative, it may indicate an extra vulnerability to the status effect.
Block Injury (-0.10)
Injury Block/Block Injury is a passive ability that grants the user resistance to getting Injury status from melee attacks at the very least. It is percentage based, e.g. if an attacker deals 5 Injury per hit and the receiver has 60% Injury Block, then the receiver gets only 2 of that 5 Injury.
Defensive Poison (2)
Defensive Poison/Melee Toxin is a passive ability that makes the user deal Poison Status to an attacker upon being attacked. Stacks with itself.
Keen Observer
Keen Observer is a passive ability that allows the user to see the health, equipped Plushies, Traits, and status effects of nearby creatures with a green HP bar over them. Temporary status buffs are set on green, temporary status debuffs on red, traits now present their correct indicator and plushies are marked with their plushie icon.
Sonic Wings
Sonic Wings is a passive ability that allows the user to idle while flying without consuming or regaining stamina.

Lore (non-canon)

  • Paru-Gamas come from an alien planet far away from Sonaria, where they became technologically advanced enough as a species for space travel. They're extremely smart and curious, being on par with humans in intelligence.
  • Paru-Gamas have their own language, completely separate from Sonarian, no other creature can understand this language.
  • It's implied that the drone around Paru-Gama is what helps it to have low gravity and allows it to fly.
  • The Paru-Gamas in game wear a kind of advanced spacesuit, which they arrived to Sonaria in.
  • It is thought that Paru-Gamas were originally arboreal creatures. This explains their long prehensile tails and far stronger front arms compared to their back legs, which would've helped them climb trees with ease.
  • Paru-gamas can come in a wide variety of bright colors naturally: from red, to orange, to blue, to purple, etc. Though different shades of green are the most common colors they can be found in.
  • Paru-Gamas don't inherently know Sonarian, since they're from a different planet and have their own language, but they're capable of learning/studying it, just like how humans can learn different languages.

Trivia

  • Concept by Renorayz in the Creatures of Sonaria Discord. Inspired by UFOs, aliens, lemurs, and cats.
  • Modeled by ThunderBoo666.
  • Animated by Zyraphes.
