It only comes from its own rate-up banner when that banner runs.

Evolves into Rebel (Flame Ruler) (35% Attack, Flame Dragon King). Needs 1 Rebel, 12 Fake Fruit, 3 Star Fruit, 1 Star Fruit (Blue), 1 Star Fruit (Red), 1 Star Fruit (Pink) and 1 Star Fruit (Rainbow).
