It only comes from its own rate-up banner when that banner runs.

Evolves into Switchblade (Deception) (50% Attack, Death Dice Execution, Dismember). Needs 1 Switchblade, 250 Assassin Token, 6 Star Fruit, 2 Star Fruit (Blue), 2 Star Fruit (Red), 2 Star Fruit (Green) and 1 Star Fruit (Rainbow).
