It only comes from its own rate-up banner when that banner runs.

Evolves into Tamiki (Tornado) (30% Attack, Psychic Knockback, Psychic Meteor). Needs 1 Tamiki, 12 Full Power Core, 4 Star Fruit, 1 Star Fruit (Blue), 1 Star Fruit (Pink), 1 Star Fruit (Green) and 1 Star Fruit (Rainbow).
