Appearance

The Taurolystris is a well-built, bipedal creature that resembles a Carnotaurus. The Taurolystris has two large, curved horns that protrude from its head. Jagged, dark, and seemingly rocky armor protects almost its entire body, starting from its skull and encompassing its tail. Two appendages can be seen protruding from its torso. The Taurolystris’ tail tapers into three pronged growths with an electrical current running through each of them. Its body is also adorned with electric blue patterns resembling veins. It appears to have two small, stubby arms, which may be of vestigial nature.

Abilities

Shock Area
The Shock Area active ability inflicts Shock Status, Broken Legs Status, and slows down flight speed by 60% for 30 seconds when used. It has a 90 second cooldown.
Bleed Attack (4)
Bleed Attack is a passive ability, where the user inflicts a specific amount of bleed status on a creature with every bite, excluding with breath/ranged abilities or reflecting abilities. A negative value means that it heals an amount of such status upon biting.
Block Bleed (0.25)
Bleed Block/Block Bleed is a percentage based passive ability that grants the user resistance to getting bleed status from melee attacks at minimum. If an attacker deals 5 bleed per hit and the receiver has 60% Block Bleed, then the receiver gets only 2 of that 5 bleed. This ability is gained gradually as the creature ages. If a creature's Block Bleed is 100%, then they are immune to Bleed inflicted by melee direct attacks once fully grown. If a creature's Block Bleed is negative, it may indicate an extra vulnerability to the status effect.
Block Frostbite (0.5)
Frostbite Block/Block Frostbite is a passive ability that grants the user resistance to getting frostbite status from melee attacks at the very least, and every other source at most. It is percentage based, e.g. if an attacker deals 5 frostbite per hit and the receiver has 60% block frostbite, then the receiver gets only 2 of that 5 frostbite.
Block Injury (0.5)
Injury Block/Block Injury is a passive ability that grants the user resistance to getting Injury status from melee attacks at the very least. It is percentage based, e.g. if an attacker deals 5 Injury per hit and the receiver has 60% Injury Block, then the receiver gets only 2 of that 5 Injury.
Block Poison (0.5)
Block Poison/Poison Block is a passive ability that grants resistance to poison status once they reach max age (100). Like many other block defenses, it works by blocking a percentage of the ailment received. If a creature's Poison Block is 100%, then they are immune to those stats (and will be healed instantly if they are somehow applied) once they reach age 100.
Channeling
Channeling is a passive ability that activates when a user with it is at 25% or less health. Every 5 seconds, any creature within a 150 stud radius of the user will receive 3 shock status and 2 confusion status. The status effects stack with each strike.
Charge (Power)
Charge is a passive ability that gradually fills an orange "Charge" bar (unique to creatures with this ability) while running. Once completely full, clicking (Lmb on PC or on Mobile or RT on Xbox) will apply special effects on a creature the user is hitting. If the bar is not full, charge effects may be reduced or non-existent. Current Charge types:
Defensive Paralyze (1)
Defensive Paralyze/Defensive Paralysis is a passive ability that deals paralysis to an attacker upon a user with this ability being attacked.
First Strike (0.25)
First Strike is a passive ability that grants the user increased damage while they are above 75% health. The damage increase is depends on the creature and is reflected in its stat menu.

  • Modeled, design, and redesign by JaxonBirb. It is inspired by a Carnotaurus, a dinosaur that lived in the Late Cretaceous period between 72 and 69.9 million years ago.
  • Redesign animated by JaxonBirb and Minisode1_BlueHour
  • Its previous in-game description was an inside joke from Erythia.
  • Originally supposed to be a limited creature in the dinosaur-themed limiteds, but this was later changed.
  • Its menu image was broken just like Momola's and Traiboros' until the icon fix update got released.
  • During a stat update, Taurolystris' health was once mistakenly set to 300 instead of 3000. This has been fixed.
  • On Legacy, Taurolystris' jaw is currently bugged, it moves in a different direction than where it's supposed to move when the player presses any call key.
