Reading the zones

The number next to each spawn is its weight: in the Sunny Meadow, ants come up 21 times for every 12 caterpillars. XP here includes the game's x1.5 on everything you eat. Objects respawn 20 seconds after they break. The XP calculator turns these into how many it takes to level.

Questions

Where should I level up in Bug Evolution?

Start in the Sunny Meadow (level 1+). The Whispering Woods opens at level 15 with Beetles and Stag Beetles, and the Web Caves at level 40 have Centipedes and Egg Clusters, the best XP outside the boss.

How strong is the Emperor Scorpion?

It has 6,000 health, hits for 40, attacks anything within 70 studs and gives 3,750 XP.

Where are the safe zones?

6 nests are safe zones where other players can't hurt you. 4 are for levels up to 24; the Desert and Ridge nests take level 25 and up.
