Trivia
- Original concept and redesign by HappyPoltergeist (@HappyPoltergeist#1752) on the Creatures of Sonaria Discord. The Pliarys was inspired by crystals, giraffes, and the direhorse from the movie Avatar. When asked about the naming of the Pliarys, HappyPoltergeist stated that he "...named it a really long time ago- I think I just came up with it on the fly after mashing some words together."[1]
- Original model by CatboyNathann.
- Animated by BlckBrryJam.
- Pliarys was previously declared a scrapped creature before receiving a second redesign, after which it was returned to in-development status and later completed. On top of this, the Pliarys is also the first previously scrapped creature to return to the game via a redesign, with multiple others afterwards.
