Where the odds come from
Each banner's rarity table, prices and pity are read from the game files, and luck uses the game's own function. The three banners don't share towers: the Halloween banner has one Halloween tower per rarity, Premium has its own set, and Basic has everything else that can be summoned. Inside a rarity each tower has the same weight, so the listed towers split that rarity's chance, except a featured tower, which the game weights 1.5x at Godly and above.
The pity column is the summon count the game files set as each rarity's guarantee. Every tower's stats are in the towers table.

What are the odds of a Sloppy?
0.000081% a summon on the Basic banner (1 in 1,230,274) and 0.00016% on Premium, before luck. Pity guarantees one by summon 1,500,000 on Basic and 750,000 on Premium.
How does luck work in Slop Tower Defense?
Every rarity under 10% gets multiplied by your luck and the table is scaled back to 100%, so the common rarities give up the difference. The 2x Luck Pass makes it 2x; event luck adds its extra on top (a 2x event with the pass is 3x, not 4x).
What are the odds of a Shiny or Void?
Every summon comes out Shiny 4% of the time and Void 0.5%, on any banner. That's the game's Gold and Rainbow roll, shown as Shiny and Void.
Which banner is better?
They have different towers. Premium (25 Gems) has its own 21 towers and better odds from Mythical up: 1.51% Mythical against 0.508% on Basic. Basic costs 100 Cash and has the rest.
