Zenless Zone Zero Reroll Guide

5 characters worth rerolling for, and how to reroll

Rerolling Zenless Zone Zero takes 25 to 40 minutes a try and gets you only about 20 pulls, and every account gets an S-Rank agent from the standard banner within 50 pulls anyway. If you reroll, Von Lycaon and Rina are the standard agents worth the time.

Best standard S-Rank agents

  • Von Lycaon

    BS / Stun

    An Ice Stun agent who raises the damage enemies take while stunned and cuts their Ice resistance, which makes him one of the best partners for Ice damage dealers.

  • Alexandrina Sebastiane

    S / Support

    Rina gives the whole team PEN Ratio and makes Shock last longer. The buff is generic enough to help almost any team and essential in Shock teams.

  • Koleda Belobog

    CS / Stun

    A Fire Stun agent who builds Daze fast, is easy to play and fits almost any team.

  • Grace Howard

    BS / Anomaly

    An Electric Anomaly damage dealer who keeps enemies Shocked. Fast and mobile, but she asks a lot of your hands.

  • Soldier 11

    CS / Attack

    A simple Fire damage dealer whose passives add free damage. Solid, though nothing about her stands out against limited agents.

Not worth rerolling for

Don't reroll for the limited banner: a new account can only do two or three pulls on it until you play further.

How to reroll

  1. Make a HoYoverse account with a new email address. Salted addresses are blocked.
  2. Play until Signal Search unlocks, about 25 to 35 minutes. Some story can be skipped, but not all of it.
  3. Claim the 20 Master Tapes from your mail. They only work on the standard banner.
  4. Pull on the standard banner: your first 50 pulls cost 40 tapes and include a guaranteed S-Rank agent.
  5. No agent you want? Log out and start again with another email address.
