How to Successfully Complete Elder Rifts
Elder Rifts are all about slaughtering as many enemies as possible, as quickly as possible. They’re not really that hard, as all mobs wills scale to your character in almost every way.
Killing monsters in the zone will allow the progress meter to fill, and once it’s filled completely, a Rift Guardian will appear in front of you.
The Rift Guardian is the final boss you have to defeat in order to complete the Elder Rifts. However, you don’t have an infinite amount of time to complete this task, and bonus rewards will be available for taking if you manage to kill the Guardian before time runs out. This is when the dungeon is completed on a successful matter!
Tips and Tricks
- One simple strategy is to just group up with other players. Not only will this make the run faster, but it means if a player has used a Crest, you’ll get a share of the Fading Embers.
- If you’re using a group, have everyone split up and go their own way. This will fill up the bar the fastest, assuming there are no slackers or weaker players.
- Always go straight for Elite Packs. They drop orbs that will increase the progress bar faster.
- Use a build that will enhance your speed and focus on AOE skills. This will enable you a much faster clearance of mobs.
