Oil Palm ($3,000) grows like a tree but bears 2 to 3 bunches of 8 to 30 kg instead of durians, and luck doesn't change either number. You cut the bunch down and sell it at the Palm Buyer for $300 per 22.5 kg, scaled by its weight and the palm's own market multiplier on the market predictor.

What is the best durian in Durian Garden?
Monthong. Its seed costs $20,000 and each fruit sells for $3,500 at its 8 kg base weight, the most of any tree, and it earns the most per minute a fruit spends growing too.
How long do durian trees take to grow?
From 3m for Kradumthong to 2h for Monthong before the first fruit, and watered (wet) soil makes trees grow twice as fast. Each fruit then takes about three times the variety's fruit time, longer for heavier fruit.
Why did my tree stop growing fruit?
Trees fruit a limited number of times. When one runs out the game shows "needs Tree Tonic": a tonic gives it 20 more fruit, and the better tonics make those fruit heavier.
