It isn't sold. It comes from the day 4 daily login reward and the lucky and Supreme wheels, and it skips an hour of growth.
What does Tree Tonic do?
A tree only fruits so many times. When it stops, the game says it needs Tree Tonic, and a tonic gives it 20 more fruit. Super and Mega tonics also make those fruit heavier. Gardeners feed tonic to your trees for you.
