Pixel Dino can be obtained by hatching it from a Spotted Pixel Egg.
The Spotted Pixel Egg is located in the Pixel World. It can be unlocked by unlocking Pixel Kyoto. It costs 1.67 million Rainbow Coins for the normal egg, and 6.6 million for the golden version.
