Reading the table
Prof. is the proficiency level the weapon asks for in its type. Swing speed is the game's own number, higher swings faster: Light weapons sit around 0.78 to 0.925 and Heavy ones near 0.5. Sell is the base price before the Human race's 15%. Forge recipes and the materials behind them are on the crafting page.

What is the strongest weapon in Clover RPG?
By base damage, Ceremonial Greataxe (23, Heavy proficiency 8). The best of each type: Light Luminous Thorn 15, Medium Balmung 17, Heavy Ceremonial Greataxe 23.
What is weapon proficiency?
Each weapon needs a level in its type's proficiency (Light, Medium or Heavy) before you can use it, and weapon techniques from trainers need it too. A Proficiency Reset sets every proficiency back to 1 and refunds the stat points.
