Honkai Star Rail Qingque Story Introduction
The new four-star quantum character that was introduced in the Honkai Star Rail Final Closed Beta. As a character from Xianzhou Luofu affiliation, she acts as the Diviner of the Divination Commission. She worked as a diviner in hopes of pleasing her parents, at first she thought that this job would be an easy, relaxing kind of servant job, but it turns out it became one of any worker’s nightmares to work in the Diviner Commission.
With Mahjong tiles as her combat kit, slacking off and burying her head in a book or playing cards are the things that Qingque loves to do when there is nothing left for her to do. Best Honkai Star Rail Qingque Build
Since Qingque is an Erudition Path character, her role is more suitable to attack multiple enemies at once. Her kit is quite unique since her basic attack starts with a single target attack first. But once she has 4 of the same mahjong tiles, it will buff her basic attack damage and deal Quantum attack to the target enemy and those adjacent to the target. All her attack scales on ATK and Quantum DMG, so we highly suggest you invest in this attribute.
For Qingque’s Relics and Planar Ornament build, you can choose either the set bonus that will increase the Quantum DMG or ATK increase from the Relics, and increase CRIT Rate or ATK from the Planar Ornament.
As for Qingque’s Light Cone build, you can focus on the Erudition Path Light Cone since we can’t activate the effect from the other Light Cone’s Path. There are various Erudition Light Cones that will buff the character’s follow-up attack. Since Qingque doesn’t have any follow-up mechanics, you can ignore those Light Cones. Qingque’s damage relies on her ATK, so the higher her ATK is, the bigger her damage will be.

For every defeated enemy, the wearer’s ATK increases by 4/5/6/7/8%, stacking up to 4 time(s).

After entering battle, increases the wearer’s DMG based on their Max Energy.
DMG increases by 0.2/0.25/0.3/0.35/0.4% per point of Energy, up to 160 Energy.
As for now, we don’t know exactly how much Max energy Qingque has, so we can’t say for sure whether if Today is Another Peaceful Day would be superior compared to The Seriousness of Breakfast.
But nevertheless, this Light Cone is also one of the four-star Light Cones that we will recommend for you since it’s similar (and potentially) could give a better DMG increase compared to The Seriousness of Breakfast.

Qingque’s DPS source comes from her Ultimate, so increasing her ULT DMG will be useful for you too.

Honkai Star Rail Qingque Best Relics
Since Qingque is a quantum character, we can use the Quantum Relics Genius of Brilliant Stars, especially for the 4-set effect, since it will ignore 25% Def of the enemy. This will be very effective in attacking the boss since they tend to have high HP and high DEF. But if you don’t have 4-set of Quantum Relics yet, here are some alternatives Relics that you can choose too.

Honkai Star Rail Qingque Best Planar Ornaments
For Qingque, her Planar Ornament build is quite flexible depending on your needs. Usually, a DPS character prefers to have a higher CRIT Rate first compared to having a higher ATK priority. Coincidentally there is one Planar Ornament that will increase both CRIT Rate and ATK. Here are some Planar Ornaments that we recommend for Qingque.

2 Set: Increases the wearer’s CRIT Rate by 8%.
When the wearer’s current CRIT Rate reaches 50% or higher, the wearer’s Ultimate and follow-up attack DMG increases by 15%.
Celestial Differentiator
2 Set: Increases the wearer’s CRIT Rate by 8%.
When the wearer’s current CRIT Rate reaches 80% or higher, the wearer’s Basic ATK and Skill DMG increase by 20%.
Space Sealing Station
2 Set: Increases the wearer’s ATK by 12%.
When the wearer’s SPD reaches 120 or higher, the wearer’s ATK increases by another 12%.
Honkai Star Rail Qingque Best Team Comp
Due to Qingue’s role as an Erudition Path character, she will act as your AoE DPS. If you prefer, she can also be your Sub DPS character for your team. If that’s the case, then you definitely would like to have a Hunt Path, or Destruction Path character as your main DPS.
