Sheep is a farm: fully upgraded it makes 70 cash a wave, about 116.7 on average with its bonus. At its last stage it unlocks Golden Wool: every 3rd wave pays 3x. Placing it costs 250 cash, and all 4 upgrades bring the total to 1,420. You can place 5 at a time.

• Farm EggMiniboss. 14% at 2x luck, 28% at 4x7%

There's also a Shiny Sheep, 389 of them in the game. It does 10% more damage and sells for double.
