Shinri Tsukuyomi Build
Shinri Tsukuyomi is currently the most powerful modifier in the game, not only for single-target but also AoE. When in auto mode, you do not need to worry about the survival of your main controlled character, but the auto mode does not control Tsukuyomi perfectly.
She is a must-pick in any DMG check content, perfect for under-leveling.

When using 3rd Skill 3, quickly use a teammate’s ultimate, it can be invincible during the animation.
1st Skill 3 and 2nd Skill 3 can move around a little, which can help hit the boss when it’s too close.

Shinri Tsukuyomi Skills
Basic – Thundercall Blade
- Performs continuous sword attacks to slash enemies, dealing 240% (Max: 421.8%) Lightning DMG.
- Rage: Obtain Rage when basic attacks hit.
Skill 1 – Thunder: Ardent Light
- Dashes forward a set distance, slashing enemies along the path, dealing 260% (Max: 520%) Lightning DMG and marking hit enemies with a Thunder Seal.
Skill 2 – Thunder: Dual Flow
- Unleashes a combo attack with dual blades to attack enemies in front, dealing 320% (Max: 640%) Lightning DMG and marking hit enemies with a Thunder Seal.
Skill 3 – Thunder: Out of the Blue
- Uses sword drawing techniques to slash enemies. Hitting enemies inflicted with a Thunder Seal removes the Thunder Seal and unlocks the next attack form.
- There are three forms; unleashing the third form will not consume Rage nor remove Thunder Seals.
- The first two forms deal 250% (Max: 500%) and 450% (Max: 900%) Lightning DMG respectively.
- The third form deals 600% (Max: 1200%) Lightning DMG, and subsequent hits (from additional lightning strikes) deal reduced DMG for a combined maximum of 2.8 x 600% (Max: 1200%) Lightning DMG.
Skill 4 – Thunder: Thunderclap
- Slashes at the target, dealing 840% (Max: 1680%) Lightning DMG.
- Increases the team’s lightning DMG by 30% for 10 seconds.
- When anyone on the team triggers Zero Time, recover a certain amount of Ultimate charge.
Dodge Skill – Thunder: Lightning Dodge
- Dodge effect: Enters Zero Time for 3 seconds.
- Follow up with a Basic attack to immediately unleash the fifth sequence of Basic attack and mark enemies hit with a Thunder Seal. This attack is considered a Skill, and will deal Skill DMG.
Ultimate – Thunder: Thunderclap
- Slashes at the target, dealing 840% (Max: 1680%) Lightning DMG.
- Increases the team’s lightning DMG by 30% for 10 seconds.
- When anyone on the team triggers Zero Time, recover a certain amount of Ultimate charge.
Ultimate Skillchain – Thousand Burials
- Deal 6360% + (9.23% x A Buzenbo’s Ultimate Skill level) Physical DMG, 1000% + (25.64% x S Tsukuyomi’s Ultimate Skill level) Lightning DMG to the target;
- Enters Zero Time on hit to slow all enemies’ actions greatly, lasts 5s, and increases the team’s Lightning DMG by 30%, lasts 10s.

- Every time Thunder Seal is removed, restore 15 Rage.

- Every time Thunder Seal is removed, the CD of all Skills is decreased by 1s.

- In combat, Skill 3’s 3rd attack Form can also remove Thunder Seals, and successful removals increases self Lightning DMG by 35%, lasts 12s.

- In combat, Skill 1’s Rage cost is reduced by 10.

- In combat, inflicting Thunder Seal through other means aside from casting Skill 1 will instantly reset Skill 1’s CD.
