Reading the list
A habitat holds one species. The first number under space is how many cells each animal wants; a habitat smaller than the second won't take the species at all. Guests drawn is the game's own habitat draw at Perfect happiness (x1.8) for the first habitat of that species: a second habitat of the same animal draws 60% of that and a third 35%, which the habitat planner adds up for a whole zoo. Research and prices come from the game's price formulas and match its species menu.
