Land zones
A zoo starts on one zone of land and can grow by 19 more. The price depends on how many you've bought, not which one, so it's the same whichever direction you expand. 11 of the zones need the Big Zoo pass.

Reading the road
XP is the total for the level, not the gap from the last one. Research is what the level's new species cost to research, with the running total beside it. The guest cap is the most visitors the level allows. Max stars caps the normal star rating until level 8, where it reaches 5: the stars page says how they're earned.
Questions
What is the max zoo level in Zoo Builder Tycoon?
Level 10, World Zoo, at 22,200 XP. It opens the Elephant and the game's own note for it is "Nothing left locked".
How do you get XP fast?
Fill feed trays (+15 XP per habitat), house a new species (+100), get a species to 100% happiness for the first time (+100) and get each habitat to 100% for the first time (+100). Cleaning dung gives 8 XP a pile, and the daily rewards and crate pay XP too.
How much does land cost?
The first zone is $3,000, then each one costs 1.7x the last up to zone 8 ($123,102), and 1.15x after that. All 19 zones come to $3,741,726; 11 of them need the Big Zoo pass.
Can you buy zoo levels?
Yes, the shop sells the next level for Robux, from 9 for level 2 to 149 for level 10. Species still need research and buying after.
