Due to her childhood being cared for by the objective well-calculated robot, her perceptiveness and tenacity are very different from any other young girls around her age. Due to her status as an orphan, having a family is the response to her most desired wish.
Being together with Svarog for a long time makes Clara consider that Svarog’s logical calculation doesn’t always bring joy to everyone, especially the people inside the Underworld of Belobog. Best Honkai Star Rail Clara Build
Since Clara is a Destruction Path character, she excels in becoming an all-rounder DPS for your team. Despite her small appearance, she was accompanied by Svarog, who acts as the semi-tanker semi-attacker kind of character. By using her Ultimate, she will taunt the enemies so that they will attack her, and in return, Svarog will counter the attack to the enemies. Her skill also has an AoE physical attack, so it’s also good for an AoE physical weakness break attack while at the same time delivering high damage attack to the enemies too.
For Clara’s Relics and Planar Ornament build, since her damage scales on her ATK and Physical DMG Boost, we highly suggest you go with 4 set Physical Relics Champion of Streetwise Boxing, or at least with the ATK Relics, and the same goes for the Planar Ornaments too. Aim for the ATK or CRIT Rate increase Planar Ornaments so that Clara and Svarog can do more damage toward the enemies.
As for Clara’s Light Cone build, you can focus on the Destruction Path Light Cone, since we can’t activate the effect from the other Light Cone’s Path. One of the best Destruction Light Cone to have, as it can increase your ATK by up to 32% for the non-superimpose Light Cone, even higher ATK buff compared to Something Irreplaceable, but without self-sustain healing.
So if you would like to use this Light Cone, always pair Clara with a healer.
A Secret Vow

Increases DMG dealt by the wearer by 20/25/30/35/40%. The wearer also deals an extra 20/25/30/35/40% of DMG to enemies with a higher HP percentage than the wearer.stack.
This Light Cone could potentially bring the most damage compared to the other four-star Light Cones.
Especially since Clara will have a higher chance of having her HP depletes and have a lower HP percentage compared to the enemies because of the taunt, making it easier to proc the additional extra DMG buff to the enemies.

Each stack increases the wearer’s ATK by 12/15/18/21/24%.
This Light Cone could give higher ATK compared to Nowhere to Run and A Secret Vow, but only if you can get all the stack.
As Nowhere to Run is better for self-sustainability, The Moles Welcome You would be better for higher damage output.

Clara’s damage scales on her ATK and also Physical DMG. The good thing about the physical Relics it will also buff Clara’s ATK up to 25%, so we highly recommend you to use 4 set Champion of Streetwise Boxing Relics. If you don’t have the 4 set Physical Relics yet, you can also go with this Relics that we suggest for you.
It’s also better to aim for the Physical DMG or ATK first instead of the defensive DMG Reduction Relic.
