Honkai Star Rail Clara Build

Honkai Star Rail Clara Story Introduction

The shy little girl that got accompanied by the well-known ancient mech robot, Svarog. Despite her timid and shy appearance, never judge the book by its cover! Deep down inside, she is actually a kind-hearted, passionate, and considerate girl that have empathy for humans and even robots too. Due to her childhood being cared for by the objective well-calculated robot, her perceptiveness and tenacity are very different from any other young girls around her age. Due to her status as an orphan, having a family is the response to her most desired wish.

Being together with Svarog for a long time makes Clara consider that Svarog’s logical calculation doesn’t always bring joy to everyone, especially the people inside the Underworld of Belobog. With this in mind, this timid and shy little girl decided to be brave and cast away her timidness. In this guide, we will help you encourage Clara to be the best five-star Destruction Path character that will aid your team to victory.

Best Honkai Star Rail Clara Build

Since Clara is a Destruction Path character, she excels in becoming an all-rounder DPS for your team. Despite her small appearance, she was accompanied by Svarog, who acts as the semi-tanker semi-attacker kind of character. By using her Ultimate, she will taunt the enemies so that they will attack her, and in return, Svarog will counter the attack to the enemies. Her skill also has an AoE physical attack, so it’s also good for an AoE physical weakness break attack while at the same time delivering high damage attack to the enemies too.

For Clara’s Relics and Planar Ornament build, since her damage scales on her ATK and Physical DMG Boost, we highly suggest you go with 4 set Physical Relics Champion of Streetwise Boxing, or at least with the ATK Relics, and the same goes for the Planar Ornaments too. Aim for the ATK or CRIT Rate increase Planar Ornaments so that Clara and Svarog can do more damage toward the enemies.

As for Clara’s Light Cone build, you can focus on the Destruction Path Light Cone, since we can’t activate the effect from the other Light Cone’s Path. You can actually use any kind of the Destruction Light Cone since they all fit Clara really well. Here are the best Light Cone, Relics, Planar Ornament, and the best Team Comp for Clara.

Honkai Star Rail Clara Best Light Cone

Something Irreplaceable
Increases the wearer’s ATK by 20/25/30/35/40%. When the wearer defeats an enemy or is hit, immediately restores HP equal to 6/7.5/9/10.5/12% of the wearer’s ATK. At the same time, the wearer’s DMG increases by 20/25/30/35/40% until the end of their next turn. This effect cannot stack and can only trigger 1 time per turn.

Clara’s Best in Slot Light Cone and her Signature Light Cone too.

Because Clara will taunt the enemies and will definitely have a higher chance of getting hit compared to the other allies, restoring the HP will be very crucial to help Clara staying alive longer.

On the Fall of an Aeon
Whenever the wearer attacks, increase their ATK by  8/10/12/14/16% in this battle, up to 4 time(s).When the wearer inflicts Weakness Break on enemies, the wearer’s DMG increases by  12/15/18/21/24% for 2 turn(s).

One of the best Destruction Light Cone to have, as it can increase your ATK by up to 32% for the non-superimpose Light Cone, even higher ATK buff compared to Something Irreplaceable, but without self-sustain healing.

So if you would like to use this Light Cone, always pair Clara with a healer.

A Secret Vow
Increases DMG dealt by the wearer by 20/25/30/35/40%. The wearer also deals an extra 20/25/30/35/40% of DMG to enemies with a higher HP percentage than the wearer.stack.

This Light Cone could potentially bring the most damage compared to the other four-star Light Cones.

Especially since Clara will have a higher chance of having her HP depletes and have a lower HP percentage compared to the enemies because of the taunt, making it easier to proc the additional extra DMG buff to the enemies.

The Moles Welcome You
For every Basic ATK, Skill, and Ultimate used by the wearer, the wearer gains one stack of Mischievous.
Each stack increases the wearer’s ATK by 12/15/18/21/24%.

This Light Cone could give higher ATK compared to Nowhere to Run and A Secret Vow, but only if you can get all the stack.

As Nowhere to Run is better for self-sustainability, The Moles Welcome You would be better for higher damage output.

Nowhere to Run
Increases the wearer’s ATK by 20/25/30/35/40%. Whenever the wearer defeats an enemy, they restore HP equal to 12/15/18/21/24% of their ATK.

The four-star version of Clara’s Signature Light Cone.

The self-healing will be a little bit harder since now Clara will only heal if she can kill the enemies, but all in all, this is still a good Light Cone recommendation for Clara.

Collapsing Sky
Increases the wearer’s Basic ATK and Skill DMG by 16/20/24/28/32%.

The budget F2P friendly Light Cone for Clara. If you have any Four Star Light Cone, you can switch this three-star Light Cone to any four-star Light Cones.

Honkai Star Rail Clara Best Relics

Clara’s damage scales on her ATK and also Physical DMG. The good thing about the physical Relics it will also buff Clara’s ATK up to 25%, so we highly recommend you to use 4 set Champion of Streetwise Boxing Relics. If you don’t have the 4 set Physical Relics yet, you can also go with this Relics that we suggest for you.

It’s also better to aim for the Physical DMG or ATK first instead of the defensive DMG Reduction Relic.

Champion of Streetwise Boxing
2 Set: Increases Physical DMG by 10%.
4 Set:
After the wearer attacks or is hit, their ATK increases by 5% for the rest of the battle. This effect can stack up to 5 time(s).

Musketeer of Wild Wheat
2 Set: ATK increases by 10%.
4 Set: The wearer’s SPD increases by 6% and Basic ATK DMG increases by 10%.

Champion of Streetwise Boxing (2pc)
Musketeer of Wild Wheat (2pc)

2 Set: Increases Physical DMG by 10%. (Streetwise Boxing)
2 Set: ATK increases by 10%. (Wild Wheat)

Honkai Star Rail Clara Best Planar Ornaments

As for the Planar Ornaments, you can also go for Max HP increase for higher survivability (it will also buff ATK for your entire team, so a win-win buff). You can also go with the CRIT Rate increase or ATK increase. Here are the Planar Ornaments that we would suggest for you to use for your Clara.

Fleet of the Ageless
2 Set: Increases the wearer’s Max HP by 12%.
When the wearer’s SPD reaches 120 or higher, all allies’ ATK increases by 8%.

Space Sealing Station
2 Set: Increases the wearer’s ATK by 12%.
When the wearer’s SPD reaches 120 or higher, the wearer’s ATK increases by another 12%.

Inert Salsotto
2 Set: Increases the wearer’s CRIT Rate by 8%.
When the wearer’s current CRIT Rate reaches 50% or higher, the wearer’s Ultimate and follow-up attack DMG increases by 15%.

Honkai Star Rail Clara Best Team Comp

As for the team comp, it’s not mandatory to have a healer, but we really suggest you have a decent healer to make sure Clara will always stay alive if you don’t have her signature Light Cone. You can also pair Clara with a Preservation Path character for a better defensive and solid team, or you can also go with any other character that can help break the enemy’s weakness break.

Here are some Team Comp examples you can use for Clara:

That is how you can get the best build for Clara. One thing you need to know, Honkai Star Rail is still in the 3rd (final) Close Beta phase, meaning that there will potentially be some adjustments and different configurations for the final release. Don’t let her small appearance leads you to think that she is the least useful five-star character. Give her a chance, invest a lot of ATK, and let her cook! Who knows, maybe thanks to her, you can beat the hard battle you always lose to.
