Bloodlines

Bloodlines arrived with the Sea 2 update and stack a second set of stat lines on top of your existing build. They roll off Bloodline Stones, which drop from Sea 2 NPCs and sea beasts (~15 per sea beast kill). Empyrean and Doombringer top the tier list, with Primordial close behind for its +1 drop passive. Legendary pity is at 250 attempts, Mythical pity at 750.
