Shadow Monarch

Shadow Monarch is an upgrade weapon in Sailor Piece that builds on the Jinwoo sword. It is obtained on Dungeon Island (roof of dungeon structure) and requires 18 total boss material drops, and the King of Shadows title. You must have the Jinwoo sword in your inventory before you can start the upgrade. The materials all drop from the Shadow Monarch boss encounter.

Required to Unlock Shadow Monarch

Visit the Shadow Monarch NPC on Dungeon Island (roof of dungeon structure). You must already own Jinwoo before you can upgrade.

Obtain Monarch clan
Defeat 25 Shadow Soldiers in dungeons

Reward: Unlock F move + 30% permanent damage increase.
