V Rising is the newest sensation in the survival aRPG genre. Follow this guide on how to get and craft Merciless Copper Mace in V Rising.

How To Get And Craft Merciless Copper Mace in V Rising

In V Rising, you play as a weak vampire on a quest to regain your place in the vampire hierarchy by defeating powerful bosses and extracting their blood. You will need more than a few vampiric abilities to defeat such enemies. You will be able to obtain a massive arsenal of the most brutal weapons to aid you on your journey. You can also craft weapons in V Rising.

V Rising has a very straightforward and easy-to-understand crafting system, even if you are a new player in the MMO genre. You will need a workbench to craft items, and different workbenches let you craft different items and equipment. You will also need to have learned the recipe of the specific item you want to craft.

There are two ways you can get the recipe to craft Merciless Copper Mace. It can be either discovered as a random technology or through a Research book dropped from the enemies. You will need to do a lot of grinding to get or discover the recipe for Merciless, as it is a random drop from both methods.

Why Do You Need To Get The Merciless Copper Mace?

There are a total of four Merciless Copper weapons. Each one of these weapons has a unique skill. Merciless Copper Mace deals more damage to minerals and rocks. It is very useful for farming items for crafting.

How To Craft Merciless Copper Mace?

Merciless Copper Mace can only be obtained by crafting it on a simple workbench after learning its recipe. As both methods give randomized rewards, you will need a bit of luck to get them quickly.

Researching Merciless Recipes

First of all, you will need to build a Research Desk with 120 Animal Hide, 80 Stone, and 8 Planks. After building the desk, you will need 50 papers to discover a random technology in your Research Desk. If you are constantly running out of paper, you can also build a paper press to streamline the paper acquiring process.

As mentioned above, the main issue here is the fact that this is a random drop. It is impossible to know when you will get the Merciless Copper Mace recipe. So, you will have to keep on grinding until you get the Research Book for Merciless Copper Mace.

Defeating Clive the Firestarter

Clive the Firestarter has the highest chance of dropping the Merciless Copper weapon’s Research book. Clive the Firestarter can be blood trailed at the Blood Altar after reaching level 30. Enemies at Farbane Woods also drop Merciless weapons and armor recipes. When it comes to farming mob bosses, we’re big fans of the Banditry Armory, which is located on the west side of the Farbane Woods.

The drop here is also randomized, so you will need to defeat him multiple times before getting the recipe that you desire. With the Research book for the Merciless Copper Mace in hand, all you need to do is head to a Simple Workbench, and you’ll be able to craft it.
